Expedited Shipping:

We have expedited shipping options available for domestic orders. This includes Next Day, 2-day, and 3-day shipping options. Orders must be placed before 12pm Eastern Time Monday-Friday to receive guaranteed expedited delivery in the time frame specified; and only if items are in stock. Expedited delivery orders received after 12pm Eastern Time or on Friday/Saturday/Sunday normally ship the next business day.

Shipping Time:

Orders are normally shipped from our warehouse within 24 business hours of order placement. Please allow up to 3-5 business days for delivery.

Returns & Replacements

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery (based on valid tracking information).

• Item must be in brand new condition sellable condition. Meaning item must not show ANY signs of visible wear and tear and be 100% completely FREE of dirt and pet hair. Items not returned in new condition may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 50%

• Item must be returned with all original packaging, and accessories including but not limited to retail tags, instructions, leaflets, etc. Items returned without packaging, accessories, etc. may be subject to a restocking fee of up to a 50%.

• Return Shipping is at the buyer’s expense. We suggest purchasing tracking information.

• Original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.

• Returns must be received no later than 30 days after approved

• Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.
• Perishable goods such as food, treats, supplements, vitamins, cannot be
returned.
• Grooming products such as combs and brushes cannot be returned.

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Depending on your bank or credit card company it may take 3-5 business days for the refund to appear.

Refused Orders

Should you decide that you wish to refuse receipt of an item when delivered by UPS, USPS or any other common carrier and legitimately ordered from us, credit will be issued for the item, minus shipping and a restocking charge of 20%.
